We all tend to think we’re a positive person but when it comes down to it, are you really positive? Our brain is wired to go negative because your brain is there to protect you. When you think about doing something, no matter what it is, you want to protect yourself and the only way to do that is to look at all the negative possibilities.
Unfortunately, nowadays, there aren’t all these negative things. We just put our brain into that gear and it comes up with answers for us. That’s what we’ve got to overcome. If you think about doing anything, you always kind of tell yourself how tough and how difficult it’s going to be. You got to get to the logical self and get away from that negative self if you ever want to be a positive, loving person.

I want you to be positive but here’s the key and this is something you got to work on every single day because whatever negative thoughts you have in your head they’ve been instilled there by parents, friends, or events in your life. To be a positive person, this is something you got to work on. It’s hard work and we are hardwired to avoid hard work. We don’t want things that are difficult.
