$10,000 a month passive continuity income – beginner’s guide
Hey, would you like to earn 10 grand a month like you’re at the beach and you’re hanging out with your friends or you’re with your family out to dinner or even on vacation? Well, in this video, I’m going to show you exactly how I do that so that you can earn at least $10,000 a month.
💡 What is passive income? Passive income is any income that requires little to no effort to earn and maintain.
Now, let’s face it, there’s really no such thing as passive income. Even if you had real estate and you’re getting rent payments off that, you’re still gonna have to maintain those buildings yourself. You’re gonna have to handle the rents or you’re gonna have to hire some company to collect the rent for you. You’re still gonna have to deal with them and you’re gonna have to buy the building too.
What passive income is it allows you to do a little bit of work and set things up so that you have an income and you don’t have to work all the time? That’s basically what we’re going to focus on. In this video, I want to show you how I make money every single month and it’s pretty much passive. I’ve done some work, I’ve set things up, and then the money just comes in on a daily basis now.
There are two basic models:
✅03:16 – 1. Simple Sale Method
✅03:27 – 2. Continuity Method
Initially, I just wanted to sell a course and make a thousand dollars or $500 but the thing is, that’s a one-time payment and though it’s a lot of money, a lot of times the continuity can come out to be even more money.
