How to add meta tags in a WordPress website. Hey, do you have a WordPress website and you know you want to get found organically? Well, those search engines are gonna go out there like Google and they’re gonna grab your information. They’re gonna go, this is a good result for what that person just typed in the search bar so in order for that to work, you have to have meta tags and we’re talking titles, descriptions, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). You need to optimize your page and to do that, you need to have a plug-in on your WordPress website.
Now, in this particular example, I’m going to be using Yoast and I’m going to be showing you exactly how to optimize your pages so that you come up in the search engine results and get more people to your site.
